"Chelsea and her team worked to really know and understand our tastes, budget, and goals.  With that foundation, she introduced very unique designs and incorporated our special collections that had lived in boxes for years.  Chelsea’s ideas were both avant-gaurde and timeless. Her designs created a home that is comfortable, breath-takingly beautiful, and is perfect for us.   She created a design that meets our needs for today, while anticipating and providing for challenges that we may face as we age. We really liked Chelsea’s staff, general contractor, artisans and subs. All were held accountable for timely and quality work.   They were respectful of our neighbors, kept the rest of the house protected; moved the refrigerator around, and taped off the areas that were not being constructed, so we could continue to live there during the remodel. It is noteworthy that our project was done during the trying times of Covid material shortages, and delivery delays. Chelsea pulled “rabbits out of her hat,” never making excuses, skillfully moving through obstacles, demanding attention from her suppliers, and getting the job done.  If there was a flaw or something that fell short of Chelsea’s or our expectations, it was promptly acknowledged and addressed.  Finally, estimates, invoices, and billing were presented regularly and at appropriate intervals. The information was straight forward, and detailed. Very, very different from our past experiences with decorators and designers. We recommend Chelsea Design Company."
